Roof is architectural asphalt shingle. Wood shingle is white cedar pre-dipped in bleaching oil. Wood trim, lattice and columns are red cedar field finished with a mix of bleaching oil and weathering stain.

The floors were actually existing, but could easily be replicated. It is normal 2 1/4" red oak sand in place hardwood, with a water popped,ebony stain. Ask your hardwood installer to provide you with samples--good luck and thanks for the question.
