which fabric is this -- which manufacturer??
the fabric, but that link no longer works. I believe this exact pattern is discontinued but you can easily find something similar.
for the curtains are from Moda. They are a great fabric company. I have a similar design different for my baby girls room I have made. I don't remember the fabric specific name only company

I am putting drapes in my dining room. The fabric i picked is a bit expensive so i am wondering if i go with panels instead of pinch pleats if I could use less fabric. The fabric is linen with a pattern. Thank you
they are.Could be a pinch pleat or a curtain attached to a ring for the rod. If done this way it would use less fabric, but keep in mind for windows this large you still will need lot's of fabric to get to fullness you need.
