Well, this is in Rome, so I doubt it's sold anywhere here in the US... ...but it does appear to be comparable to a full-sized mattress - you could have similar custom piece fabricated here in the States by a local upholsterer.

It's from Rome and is called a Savonarola chair. Perhaps check Google, eBay or your local antique store?
