Mine was found on craigslist. If I recall I believe ikea has them for a great price. I am sure if you just google cow hide rug then you will have plenty of options though.
The bottom rug is jute and I believe I got it at Pier 1 years ago. The hide was a craigslist find that I got for a steal.
