Black and white and neutrals stand out still pops of colour love side tables
and it’s a trick that’s applied to more than just accessories. This silver pouffe would look a little lonely – and tiny – without the couple of rustic side tables standing beside it.

It looks like it could be carrara marble on the island and butcher block on the sides of the range.
4. Stone siding. Don't be afraid to bring a bit of the outdoors into the kitchen. This rustic stone siding contrasts the modern stove and countertops, creating warmth and texture. Notice the two different but

My husband and I LOVE this corregated tin siding. Please share with us how you achieved this particular color or where we can purchase this specific tin.
What are the two sidings on the front exterior (not the stone skirt) --and what kind of roofing is on the porch and the main structure? Love this design
A definite favorite with the cor-tin siding and multi-colored cedar siding combined with large expanses of windows (see rear views). Rustic elements but does not look to old and rustic

getting behind the siding? Is it tongue and grooved together or just applied flat to the housewrap?
is this tongue and groove siding? thanks
Is the wood siding treated with anything? What upkeep is required?
This siding was butt jointed, it is not tongue and groove
The siding acts more like a rainscreen than the waterproof barrier. The
more modern than rustic. I like the copper spouting

Questions3
How was the cedar panel siding installed?
The siding is Cedar 1 x 10 T&G ( left to weather naturally) installed over building paper and 1/2" exterior grade plywood. The garage is clad in the original siding from the old barn that was dismantled.

Questions4
This siding is composed of natural barnwood with no finish. The colors and hues are natural. On other projects using barnwood we have sprayed a clear UV coating to resist fade. For cedar, I would recommend a
almost striped look and it is a bit too rustic. Good sized vertical siding though.

Exterior siding packaged featuring reclaimed board and battens, shingles and corrugated metal.
corrugated steel siding. Rustic vertical barn boards
I love the wood/tin siding combo
Wood and metal siding make a great combination.
The materials used on the exterior are an assemblage as well. Grace scouted local barns and mills for the reclaimed siding and corrugated metal, supplementing those with lumber milled from trees onsite. Grace used a chain saw for texture and a concoction that Mindful Design has perfected over the years
