Latin Patios
deco tiles are from Latin Accents - the source should be shown on the photo credits on Houzz
The tiles have been installed now for 13 years in a overnight frosty winter climate, and every 2 years or so we have sealed them. They are still intact, but suffering because of the weather
low fire Saltillos. A ceramic or cement version no doubt would have held up much better in this climate.
"distressed" tiles and other materials, when if you just use the new it will eventually wear and patinate nicely.

6. Saltillo floor tile. This flooring, a Mediterranean signature, lends an earthy note and fits in with the warm palette. Brick can work nicely also. If tile feels too cold or hard underfoot, consider bringing in a durable rug that complements the color scheme, perhaps with a swirly design that echoes

Where can I find that backsplash tile?
these tiles in bathrooms on a daily basis. Rustico Tile and Stone offers a nano based sealer, called TerraNano, that's made to withstand the elements and everyday wear and tear. It's made to last a good 10-15 years before you have to reseal the floor and it seals the tile surface and the grout. Since
Terracotta tile then stain it to that rich red you love. The TerraNano sealer will keep it looking beautiful for the next decade.
Sealer keeps the tile cleaner in the case of our porous products. We also produce terra cotta that has a glaze on it that does not require sealer

Here is another example of the San Felipe shaped terra cotta tile used in our Riviera Pattern. It's used in combination with the fleur de lis saltillo. One of our most popular mexican tile patterns

Flooring. Tiled floors dominated the classic Mediterranean home, appreciated for their low maintenance, durability and cool temperature. Terra cotta was most commonly used, although limestone and marble were used occasionally in more high-end homes. Hand-painted tiles added color as field or border tiles
