firm is no longer in business which is why no one has responded. I did work for them and know the floor is oak stained a brown black finish with a satin sealer - it is NOT a porcelain tile. It was a custom wood floor - no specs available - you just need a very experienced wood floor company.

This is not my picture...but I just ordered some cup pulls that look pretty close to this, in satin nickel. Look under Pottery Barn, Classic Hardware collection...if you do, btw the extra-large pull is 6 inches long. Its kind of confusing on the website
