Christian's room has just enough boyish touches to make it fun. The beautiful bed used to be Karin's when she was little. The window, which looks into the family room, once offered a view outdoors — before the family room was added in 1976. At one point there was a big bar where Christian's room is now.
A modern rug with a simple graphic pattern adds some edge to this traditionally furnished kids’ room. Although the pattern is busy, its small scale makes it fun and energetic without overwhelming the room.

Love this green. I would also love to know the whole palette of the house, if you could. What's the yellow in the next room?
The pug makes this picture! This room is fantastic though. Love that dog door too. :)
all colors will look completely different in any room because of quality of light from the windows, it's exposure (north, south, east or west), the light fixtures, the referred colors from outside, the referred colors from the other installed elements, etc; so prime before sampling and sample 2'x2' on each

Beautiful room! Can you please share the paint color? Thank you!
How often do you use chandeliers in your work? Beautiful design. I love how the crystal looks with the white vaisselier.
I'd love to see a Venetian mirror on that back wall between the windows and a mirrored buffet/hutch unit to replace the white. Really pretty room.

Day 5: Enhance lighting.Decluttering tasks: How well lit is your dining room? If your overhead light is not yet on a dimmer switch, look into getting one — it makes a world of difference. Enhance an overhead light with one or two lamps placed on a buffet or console table, or a whole bunch of candles
