Looks like "Super Saltillo" which has slightly rounded edges and is a little more durable than regular Saltillo. You can get it at many, many tile & big box stores. Use gray grout for a traditional look. Grout lines have to be wide to accommodate the slightly irregular tiles. Saltillo has to be installed

Yes, definitely! The bathroom above is not what you would call traditional Southwest but the Saltillo tiles still look great. In a country-inspired design they will add to the country feel.

Saltillo is known for being softer and unless you order it glazed from the manufacturer it does need to be sealed every 5-6 years depending on how much foot traffic there is in that area.
