Hundi semi-flush mount in the center of our kitchen and found the shadows to be sort of harsh. Do the recessed lights help with that?
relocate the semi flush to a hallway or install dimmers for the times when you want to show off the kitchen and learn to ignore it the rest of the time! It's just the nature of a semi flush light...hope that was somewhat helpful...Jo
of all semi-flush mounts. Because they are so close to the ceiling you can't help but get that shadow. I know exactly what you are talking about. The recessed only serve to light the room in general and are not worth the investment to rid one of shadows. There are only two options that I can offer
