Glass House in the Garden
odern glass house set in the landscape evokes a midcentury vibe. A modern gas fireplace divides the living area with a polished concrete floor from the greenhouse with a gravel floor. The frame is painted steel with aluminum sliding glass door. The front features a green roof with native grasses and

I am looking for a fabric to make toe top curtains to hang on a branch and that fabric on the roman shade is perfect. Do you know where I can find it?
buy the shade. It would look great in my new kitchen. Also the pottery on the window
of the shade overlap the glass by at least 1" and still clear the door knob when you raise and lower the shade. If you have sliding glass doors then I recommend a curtain panel in the same fabic as the roman shades that draws away from the exit door. Roman shades are not as functional on sliding doors
roman shades as an outside mount so it covers the window frames and as high as the ceiling if you like so that the window is totally exposed when the shade is up. You did not mention whether the door is a wood door, glass French door or sliding glass door. If it is a French door you can mount the shade

Peggy 's shade for back yard to shade sun and rain ( no overhang out there)
Add shade. Glass isn't an efficient insulator. It allows warmth out during the cold months while letting heat in during the warm months. Providing a shading device over these areas of glass will mitigate the greenhouse effect and go a long way to keeping your home cooler.

Recently the Wall Street Journal selected the "Lips Room" house on Kiawah Island by architect and Houzzer Christopher Rose as its House of the Day. To be sure, with its expansive walls of glass and high-tech-meets-Lowcountry feel, we're not surprised. The home is located on the edge

And there's certainly a hint of mid-century modern in the way these wood roof structures slope and fly out into space.Privacy wasn't a concern, as there are no neighbors on the far side of the lagoon and to the sides.
