“I have tile almost exact color as ones in backsplash. I want my backsplash to look like this one, but my tile-layer[person] says he thinks those are 3" x 3" tiles, but the only sizes my tile comes in are:
6 x6; 3x6; 12x12; and 2"x2" mosaic tiles.

“Tile: floor-"stormy" travertine 18's, walls/countertops-12's, showerpan- 12x12" mesh mounted pebbles, backsplash: california gold slate 4x4", deco band and dots in shower- california gold slate 2x2". The travertine came from Arizona Tile, the slate may have as well, but I don't recall. The pebbles”
“believe the backsplash in this bathroom was 4x4's, but you could easily use 6x6's. With 6's, the splash will end up being around 9" high off the countertop, which may affect plugs, mirrors, towel bars/rings - so take that into consideration.
