Combining the bath tub and shower STILL makes the best use of space in a small bathroom. A glass enclosure rather than a shower curtain makes for an interesting idea here.

that wall, plus you're showing a tub in the near corner, with a toilet next to it, which confirms the 8-10 foot min. other axis, vanity is 2 feet, bath is 3ish, and want 2-3 feet in-between, so probably 8. thus, I'd say 8x10 would get you there, but it depends on your tub/shower plans. good luck!

Lots of storage! Alicia says.... I think you need to have a tub in at least one of the bathrooms and the second bath makes the most sense. I mean... what if you need to give a kid a bath..... ; )
