I have a small front yard with overgrown bed that need to be removed and grass in the rest of the yard. How difficult/costly would it be to pave the walk way, remove the grass and existing plants and install this garden look?

Trees are Eucalyptus that will destroy the pictured walkway and curbing within 10 years....complimentary to new landscaping and a few years following, but a disaster to hardscaping. I had 35 Eucalyptus trees on my property of the size pictured when I moved in 35 years ago, only 4 remain
