Tradittional kitchen in NJ
designers came up with a plan for a more efficient and attractive kitchen by minimally altering the layout within the existing footprint in this 1920s, Tudor-style suburban New Jersey kitchen. The room was gutted and rebuilt. Dark wood cabinets were replaced with custom, white-painted units that offer
a mix of open and closed storage. One of the goals was to have the new kitchen tie in architecturally to the rest of the house. We replicated 1920s design elements, including cutouts at the base of the cabinets and an Art Deco style range hood. The combination of glass doors on the upper cabinets and
refrigerator, which was placed further down the wall. The dishwasher and the refrigerator, a fully integrated model fitted with a chalkboard panel, are designed to blend-in with the cabinetry.

Designed to resemble a 200 year old cottage, this house conveys a sense of history and evokes images of fairytales. This residence manages to offer spectacular ocean views while being safely tucked into a richly textured landscape. The interior incorporates artifacts of another era, with reclaimed wood
Approximately how many square ft is this home, & do you have a floor plan?
Is it possible to have the full exterior design (photos) from all angles?
Thanks for your question! This home is roughly 2,300 sq.ft. for the first floor and 2,100 sq.ft. for the second floor. The floor plans are not available in order to protect the privacy
Thanks for your question. We can't recall who we used for this project specifically, but we do like Designer Door custom garage and entry doors. http://www.designerdoors.com/wood-entry-doors/

Who designed it? What is it made of what size is it?
What is the size of the small ottomans and the coffee table ottoman and the manufacturer?
Here is a rug that is similar in palette and design -- it is raspberry, sage and gold. Let me know if you have any questions! firstname.lastname@example.org
I love the curtain material - could you please provide the designer? Thank you!
This ceiling is amazing, my mothers home has wood beams in the living room, this is the perfect idea for her. she will be able to light up the room with the inset light fixtures. The leather touch for furniture is perfect for this giving the home a warm feel.
Nice rustic design I like the built in cabinets and cabinet doors in the background and the stained base too
Hi - gorgeous home - what material did you use to cover the flat roof
Hi- this home is calling me. Can I buy the plans
Glad you like the house. However, the house was for a specific client who paid for design services. The floor plan is not for sale and I will not post the floor plan. The clients paid for a custom home and it would not be ethical to readily allow others access to their project. I hope you understand
Services fees (interior designer, structural engineer, landscape architect, etc.) 3. Land Costs 4. Financing Costs 5. Water + septic + sewer tap fees 6. Permit fees 7. Contingency 8.
