“The kitchen space with the island looks like approx. 12ft x10ft. on both legs of the "L" part, the island looks like approx. 2ft x 3.5ft and 36" is a minimum you want between the island and the perimeter countertops. It's tougher to say with the table, I can't tell for sure what”
