This is our space, take out the window and add the pantry door. Create divide and hide the kitchen with the refrigerator? Maybe?
I like the space planning and i like the small den that backs up to the kitchen. I like the idea of having the fridge become the wall.
Big counter spaces, clean cabinet lines, not in love with lighting fixtures, but lots of lighting options... Pinpoint for work purpose
1. Determine a plan for your space. Most clients start out with a wish list and a collection of inspiration images. This is a great help in getting started, but try to focus on the space plans before getting too caught up in what the kitchen is going to look like.Space plans can be rough — they're all

Where are the pictures of kitchens without islands? Sometimes, islands are just too space consuming; others interrupt the triangle path and some people don't like them. Can somebody add photos of attractive kitchens without islands or bars
porcelain tile that resembles limestone. I used the same line of tile throughout several spaces, changing the size and direction of each space. This helps confirm moving from one space into another. mw
great is changing the pattern. The same tile was used in several spaces adjacent to this kitchen but in different sizes and shapes. I was very intent on using a change in tile direction on the floor to indicate a change from one space to another. Thats what design is! Please locate Sandra at Design with

reorganizing projects don't start with a clean slate. Your space plan takes shape within an existing shell. Locations of doors and windows, electrical outlets, columns and partitions will all be major considerations as you think about your space plan.

How to Remodel Step 4: Schematic design This phase includes sketches, space planning, preliminary floor plans and elevations showing the layout and cabinet sizes. I try to keep my clients focused more on layout and space planning, even though the temptation is to talk about what the kitchen will look
look like. But I find that getting caught up in the look too early can distract from the space planning phase. Plus, you need a plan in order to figure out what materials will go where, and how many square feet you will need, and ultimately how much this will cost. I like to begin the contractor interview

Living Room
This is my favourite houzz picture. Have just shared it with my architect as it fits perfectly with the open plan living room we are working on. Do you know how much space there is between the main kitchen countertop and the island? Thank you!
What is the size of this living space? What is the square footage of the house? Absolutely gorgeous!
Do you have a view of the kitchen that shows the range or cook top, love this space.
