“This bathroom looks (style-wise) VERY close to that of a bathroom in the home I'm looking to purchase.
In short, the sink needs reglazing as well as the tub. Assuming there's no structural issues involved, and I just want the tile as seen in the photos, plus the paint job, what was the ballpark figure”
