While I am just the photographer on the project, so don't have any sourcing to offer you, they look like a pretty basic grey glass tile and I'm sure can be found at any big box store or tile shop. I have attached an enlarged version of the tile for your reference.

The groove is a 1/4" x 1/4" square groove profile, not to be confused with your "off the shelf" standard "V" groove.
