beautiful house but LOVE this floor. Is this a stained concrete?
The reactive stain process on the other hand is a chemical reaction that changes the color of your existing concrete. It highlights the natural marbling in your existing concrete slab and adds multi-dimensional colors. If you have decent concrete, don't cover it - use a reactive stain instead! Yes
Reactive staining is as much of an art as it is a product. The effect comes forth out of the inter-play between the concrete and the acid and the applicator. Its a little bit scary, but lots of fun! We have been doing this since 2003! - with kind regards, EUROfloors - The Concrete Stain & Epoxy S

AFTER: The team kept the existing floors, resurfacing and staining the concrete; with no need for subflooring or carpeting, they saved a little more ceiling height.
