Where can I find stairs like these? They are gorgeous.
I was wondering what the stairs in this picture are made of! They are beautiful.
Thanks
walnut stair treads have a simple finish; meaning they were not stained. The steel balusters were chemically treated to achieve their darkened patina.
The treads are very close to 5" in thickness. The handrail is supported by the many steel balusters that march up the stair (to form the balustrade)
make the stair appear as if it was floating.
The stair wall is made from stained mdf.
boxes. The stair wall is made of MDF panels whose grain pattern gives the impression of leather. "It's always great when you can take an inexpensive, almost industrial material and make it look expensive and exotic," the designer says.
Can you tell me where you sourced the stair rails? I live in Toronto and have been looking for months....no one seems to do this type of work here. Thank you!!
Where did you get the stair railing from?
the stairs made of? Thanks!
Really like this idea for the stairs and the cabinets.
Like the wood stairs with the open feeling.
walnut-clad stair treads were made by local company Classic Woodwork.
