I fell in love with this fire pit months ago and have hired a mason to recreate it based on this picture. The dimensions would be a great help! Thank you for the inspiration!!
What is the name of the stone used ? Is it slate or flagstone ?
The fire pit was custom built.
in the picture above. The moss will grow great in a moist environment, does not need sun and stays pretty flat. This is easy because you can do it yourself and won't need to hire a contractor or other professional. The flagstone and moss can be within a sitting area and (again) if your yard is large
I like the stone and grass around the fire pit.

This fire pit is really beautiful in its simplicity. Can you let me know where to purchase one for our yard?
recall, the fire pit with the custom stone seat wall was about $25,000. This does not include the main patio or the stone retaining walls you see in the foreground of the photo. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have additional questions.

I like the casual feel. The stone work is interesting.
Make more of a stone area around fire pit so you don't have to mow around it
well for fire pits. The circular shape allows for seating completely around the fire pit and has an organic form. Circular outdoor spaces also mesh well with natural landscaping and can easily be juxtaposed with the more rigid form of a home.
The fire pit is placed in a spot in the patio to enjoy the golf course.

in the picture? The bench is very close to the firepit in this picture which tells me it is not a wood burning firepit. If you are planning on a wood burning firepit a good rule of thumb is 7'. If you are using a gas firepit then it would be the same as a coffee table in front of a sofa which is 12

windows pictured here are wood, however we have used Marvin Windows in many of our homes. They have an Integrity line made from a fiberglass material that significantly outperforms vinyl and roll-form aluminum. Might be a good option to look into.
