Hi there What is the patio made of? cobble stones and?
What is the stone and brand for the grill station?
you can do it either way but usually the opposite granite cobbles, which are 4" thick, first then the bluestone paving that's 1.5" thick. We do as we go and cut bluestone if we need to make it fit. This way you get a nice clean line of cobbles making the grid pattern.
there a depth difference between the large stone and the smaller brick..... Do you prepare and lay the larger first and then dig deeper a trench for the bricks? clear as mud now !!!!! thank you for you response, Timothy Lee Landscape design
Paving stone material is bluestone with a natural cleft
The paving is set on a compacted gravel base with a stonedust setting bed. Joints were originally swept with stone dust but we recently change them to a polymeric sand mix.

love the spiral stepping stone design
Stones. This spiral of stones is quick to draw the eye. A similar pattern would look great beneath a large birdbath or gazing ball and can easily be obtained on a much smaller scale as well.

Bright greens pop against the tan background, but still allow the fireplace stones and patterned rug to hold their own. This room has a lot of texture going on, but the designer has also been able to add several prints.
cottage-style home. I'm inspired by the fabric mix of the furniture in the living room and the neighboring dining room. There is an assortment of patterns within this open space, but the green color palette is what helps to keep the fabric medley cohesive.
