Hi lothbrukragnar - the stone is Irregular Pennsylvania Bluestone. It ranges in thickness from 1.5" to 2" thick. It's available through most stone suppliers. Here in the midwest, the suppliers import it as most of the bluestone quarries are on the east coast.
