I found it in a remnant pile at a wallpaper store. I don't know the designer of the wallpaper, unfortunately. If you're ever looking for a small patch of wallpaper you can go to your local wallpaper store to see if they have remnants. Easily available and much less expensive
It is molding, not a frame. You can pick up at any hardware store. Happy designing!

sell stuff on the internet though. Their stuff is great, but they get limited quantities and lot of what they have differs from store to store. You have to check the store locator, hope there is one somewhere near you, and go look around.
