Far too often, I've seen attempts to have high ceilings that only make the room feel boxy instead of open and airy. With the provided ceiling height of 14'6" -- it seems fair to think the room is 25x30??
The room is 27'-8" x 27'-10" - it's a big one.

I live in sonoma and have a large deck with sectional seating. I would like to have a fire pit instead of a "coffee table" that puts out warmth and is modern looking and functional ( ie I could place a wine glass on it while it was not running. I would like gas and not wood burning. Thanks!
