Each support was created just a bit larger than an over the counter slide out bin for trash or recycling. Tapering slightly larger towards the floor.

This stair was custom fabricated. The wood treads were crafted from reclaimed lumber salvaged from a barn, and I believe are Douglas Fir. They are supported on steel angle brackets, which in turn are welded to the tube steel stringers. Thanks for your question!
