I think you'd need to have more supports if you went out that far from the house. Regardless, I think you need to speak to the contractor who would be building this. Most jurisdictions would
could we do something with the treated wood as the actual deck floor so looking at it from the yard you see the white brackets and support with the black fence but standing on it you would just have treated wood?
