This is a great family sitting room! I absolutely love the blue, white, and orange scheme. Makes the room seem light and open. Especially with the wood flooring and detailing.

Hi, could you tell me the kind/color of the cabinets? Is it a light oak?
It does look like light oak or birch. A similar stain to try is Pearwood 3121 by Sherwin Williams.
I like the clean lines and colors of this kitchen. I like the natural light.

Love the rectangular suspended ceiling light; where can I get one?
It is from Hubbardton Forge, one of my favorite lighting fixture companies. http://www.hubbardtonforge.com/ProductsInfo.cfm?Design=103250

suspended desks - opposite sides of room from each other divider between offices and lounge would be glass with 2 openings frameless - no doors
Window treatments aka blinds....faux blinds look just as good as real wood as a portion of the cost. You would have a variety of lighting options, up, down, down with blinds at an angle, open like in this pic....
All that natural light that floods the space. Excellent!
