out living room a charcoal gray. Wondering what would be a neutral contrast color? Or if we should paint both walls (small wall to the left of the television and large wall against the tv). Just afraid that it will make the room look 10x smaller. Any suggestions?
Grabill Windows and Doors provided all fenestration for the project, including the lift-slide doors you see here. All were custom designed, engineered and built in Michigan. They make a terrific product. http://www.houzz.com/pro/tgra

very deep. If you look closely, the fireplace is only about 14" off the wall and the cabinets are set back from that. The cabinet on the left has a television. The doors are louvered with narrow vertical slats that slide around and behind the tv inside the cabinet. The cabinet maker did beautiful work.

The orange womb chair with the couch. Nice, bright lift.
Upstairs, a loft space and balcony adjacent to the master bedroom is the perfect spot to read a book or watch television when you want some quiet alone time.
