log house & it wouldn't go with the décor at all. The ceiling though is a must, but in a different finish, and the dog dish unit will get worked in using reclaimed wood from our demolition. resistant product, not bulletproof by any means. Ask your fabricator if they offer dry treat sealer, a good 15 year product that buy's you more time in terms of cleanup as water/wine/coffee will bead up on the surface instead of absorbing into it. Good luck with selections!
