these terra cotta tiles from Ann Sacks about 4 years ago.....when they came they were crumbly and not at all what is pictured and not what they showed in the showroom. I complained and they took them back. I am doing a bathroom now and would love to use them but swore I wouldn't go with Ann Sacks again
