German-style Bank Barn Conversion
German-style bank barn that fell into serious decay and readapts it into a private family entertainment space. The barn had to be straightened, stabilized, and moved to a new location off the road as required by local zoning. Design plans maintain the integrity of the bank barn and reuses lumber. The

about the filigrees bracket, but definitely with the light. Check out this similar one I found, and good luck.
the style, decoration and the landscape overall
i like the entryway, courtyard area
like the courtyard walls and entry but prefer the old rustic wood door instead of gate
The ironwork (light fixtures, gate, window bars) pull this all together.
Love the portal into the courtyard... A zaguan...?
As we move closer to present day, we can see that the zaguan has survived less as front door and more as portal. New, traditionally designed homes in the adobe and Southwest vernacular style incorporate more of a vestigial zaguan as an entry marker and

the arrangement around the fire place.
Love the sconce but it looks like it precludes having things on the mantel.
Example of drapes with a break (a 'bend') near the bottom.
The decorative arched windows are nice
For a stylish, tailored look, have a slight break at the bottom. A break is a fold or bend above the hem, which is created when the fabric is longer than required to reach the floor. Here, an inch or two of extra length creates a slight break.

Who is the manufacturer of the chair?
Where can I get the coffe table?
Was the wall unit purchased or made? What material is used to cover the tv and runs along the track? Thanks!
I love the bench. Was it made by Matthias Pleasnig? If not, who?
The wall unit is custom. The sliding panels are tempered glass in a satin finish.
Thanks for your response. But It was the bench/chair that was referring to. I absolutely love it.
like the mix of materials, the exposed ducts, the brick on the walls, the hanging down lights, the concrete ceiling, the wood floor

book design stacking in the cases along with other items
Like the different displays on the shelves--not just books and the books are not all stacked the same.

I really like this layout. Do you have the dimensions of the tub and shower area?
can you tell me the manufacturer of the "4x12" travertine panels?
i read all of the questions and would love some more information about
What kind of stone and tile is used on the wall and floors?
I'm curious the method used to install the tub. I'm assuming it's acrylic. Usually, they put a concrete mix under it and wiggle it into position and let it dry for
where the travertine on the wall behind the tub can be sourced. thank you so much
under the sink in the background.
This tub is actually made out of resin. The plumber installed the tub according to the manufacturer's specifications. The tub is from the Signature Hardware website.

Fabric is 100% nylon so super durable and though the pic appears crowded there is over 20 inches on both sides to get into the back banquet. The nook was already there-as
see from the BEFORE picture. It just needed a window and I put in something oval-one of my favorite shapes and the clock that was previously there was about the right size and I designed everything backwards-custom-from there. The oval custom window was not cheap. This shape is expensive. It required
Thankfully the client had the money and was willing to spend to see the vision through. This is the most key aspect to creating beauty often in renovations.
