Ignore the color clash. Look at the juxtaposition of glass corner and island/kitchen

The Owners purchased the tile from Ceramic Tile Center in Santa Rosa. It is called Tilevera.
The tile name is Tilevera. It was purchased at Ceramic Tile Center in Santa Rosa.

In my home I need to design a U shape kitchen and i read that minimum standard space should be 1.5 meter, I am very limited in space so i need to go to the minimum comfortable, I think the space in this kitchen is less than 1.5! so is it safe to go less than 1.5? how much plz
