is there a way to actually see this roof up front?
Can you please tell me which company did the roof. Many thanks
wse have tiled roof and I really want to know the color the stucco used? Also, what stone you used and color? The look is beautiful!
The reason you do not see the tiles up north is because of the freeze/thaw. That said we provide a grade1 handmade tile that does pass freeze/thaw testing. Go to www.claytile.com and look at Santa Ana's Antigua Mission.

Ford Caretaker's Cottage Renovation
what kind of roof is this and who is the manufacturer? thank you
renovated, early 1900s cottage and the clay roof tiles are, for the most part, original. The homeowner had them removed and cleaned. However, there were some that needed to be replaced and the homeowner tracked down the original manufacturer, Ludowici Tile. Ludowici actually produced the brick in Georgia

Clay tile. Like the stucco walls that support them, clay tile roofs are created by mixing natural materials and forming the mix into a special shape. As each tile weathers and ages differently, the whole roof takes on the feeling that it has been there forever

What type of roof tile and color is that?
That looks like Redland clay tile. Could be Old Sedona, Cafe Antigua, and adobe Brown. Can be hard to tell from a distance. Contact Roof Tile and Slate. Tory@claytile.com.
The tiles a re almost certainly terracotta or clay. Each manufacturer will have their color
color palettes. Most roofers will order three colors and then blend them together on the roof

The walls contrast the tile. They don't blend
style became so popular, there are several variations. As with this house, many have some Spanish details, such as tile roofs, while others appear rustic and may have wood shingle roofs. Some can be considered traditional, while others can be contemporary or modern. The common thread is a long and low
