looking for a window like this
We are looking for a window unit with a large upper fixed lite and small lower awning lite to be used as south-facing passive solar units. Do you know who might make such a window?
Many company's make windows like these. The upper portions are a standard commercial type storefront system and the lower operable units are made by Gherkin. Your contractor can help you find a good local distributor.
windows to allow ventilation but not obstruct views
Maybe we open only a section?

Love the vented windows to let in fresh air
humans do. To let them feel safe, having open windows allows them to hear and smell what's lurking in their surroundings.

Garden Boccie #5 If artificial turf isn't your style, but you want a surface you don't need to water, look for a ground material that will provide minimal bounce. Decomposed granite, sand or crushed oyster shells are all options that do not require water. These are especially appropriate for arid

A lion's head accent helps pay tribute to the French and Spanish love of fountains — King Louis XIV of France was said to put fountains into the Garden of Versailles to display his power over nature.
part of a major home remodel. The orientation of the entrance was improved to better align automobile traffic. The new permeable driveway is built of recycled clay bricks placed on gravel. The remainder of the front yard is organized by soft lawn spaces and large Birch trees. The entrance to the home

adding a rock wall in front of the house like this one does the wall have to match the brick .
much up to you. You have stucco too, along with a nice color in the windows. Personally I would go towards blending the color schemes rather than trying to nail an exact match to the brick only.
would like to know the paint color selection for this house. Thank you.
I would love to see the floor plan and sq ft
would like to do a similar layout for my front entrance where the very front of your picture would be my driveway and the blocks my walkway. I was wondering if the blocks are poured stamped concrete or stone. Thank-you......Liz
We'd like to know the shingle color?
Thanks to the home owner for supplying this information.
I'd like to know this colour too. We are building a home and it's so hard to find the right colour. Thanks!
set on a compacted aggregate base (4"-6") with a 1" leveling course of sharp sand. Polymeric sand was swept in the joints to keep the weeds at bay. Thanks for the compliment!

Wow..... Et si on a pas de place sur le patio, on pourrait peut-être se réserver l'idée pour " le fond de la cour " , serait agréable pour les yeux, bien assise dans un fauteuil !!!
