Where is the toilet flush handle since the woodwork is covering the tank?

where do you access the tank for feeding and cleaning??
The aquarium is about 18" tall by 84" long. Our engineer calculated the weight and provided the structural design . The aquarium sits on a steel angle that is attached to steel posts secured inside the wood framed wall. The wood surround was added after the tank was in place.
The tank projects from the wall by about 9". There is a hinged plastic cover on top, hidden behind the wood frame.
