Extended height. The traditional backsplash is 18 inches high, but don't let that measurement restrict you. Do what this homeowner did and extend the measurement. This extra-large window lets in plenty of sunlight. Remember that a taller backsplash means any upper cabinets will have to be higher, too

family’s favorite room in the house. Floor-to-ceiling sliding windows open to a tree-filled backyard, and a long, linear window replaced the traditional backsplash. The new oak hardwood flooring was sized and stained to match the existing floors, ensuring a continuous visual flow from room to room.

brightness! Can you share information on the backsplash? I assume it's tile, but it's hard to see much detail - thank you!
Can you please tell what you used for the backsplash?
This has got to be one of the loveliest white kitchens I've seen. Clean and classic but the details, like the countertop and the backsplash choices, added to the light from all those beautiful windows, make it world class. Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Sharon
Thank you for your question. The backsplash is Celestial Starry Blue mosaic: .... The mosaic is also available in the Sunny Beige colorway.

where can I find the backsplash?
Would appreciate info on backsplash specifics. Thank you.
Where can I find the accent tile used for the backsplash?
Take your cabinet door and a granite sample to the tile store when making your backsplash selection. But, yes, you should be able to find a slab of white cashmere granite that would be beautiful with a similar backsplash design. Hope that helps!
Can you tell me what design is the accent piece on the backsplash?
Love this kitchen! Can you provide info on the backsplash tiles?
Appreciate, if you can let me know what is the accent used along with the 4x4 travertine backsplash? Thanks
ts look too traditional, think I like the solid white thick top rather than flecked granite?

what material is the backsplash? who makes it?
I love the look. Great backsplash and cool cabinets. Only thing is the functionality of the hood. It looks like it's pushed right up against the uppers. tough to clean I'd guess.
Like the vertical tile design on backsplash. Better than horizontal.
3. Extensive options for backsplashes. In a pure modern kitchen you might see a full-height marble or concrete backsplash with little ornamentation, but in contemporary kitchens there's often a lot of pattern. Glass tiles are a favorite, as are mosaic, stone and ceramic. Contemporary kitchens often exude
exude personality and let homeowners really express themselves through the use of different materials, and the backsplash is a great place to do that.
