Is the glass used in the transom windows clear or obscured in some way? I'd like to use glass in ours (building a custom home) but we are afraid they will show dust/dirt too much. Please advise. Thanks.
This glass is clear glass. Don't know what to suggest other than dusting the windows when the house gets cleaned. Good luck with your project.

That looks like a new version of leaded glass windows common in craftsman bungalows. I have them in my house built in 1910. This page shows a similar window in a 1920 house: http://sohosandiego
