The travertine used on this space was a honed (smooth but not shiny) light travertine in 16x16 and set in an offset pattern. You may find it at your local supplier called "Chiaro" (Italian)
italian travertine is usually the nicest but also the most expensive. The turkish travertine tends to be less expensive and runs from low grade to high grade and can be very nice as well. I find that the Mexican travertines are a bit more rustic in appearance but I'm sure you can find a high grade mexican
