Bathroom color suggestion next to Galapagos Turquoise?
results from a simple roller stroke with a single color, and it just doesn't happen. Did you use a float? Something other than brushes? Perhaps a glaze? Was there texture to the wall before you applied the paint? Fantastic work, even if you're not willing to give up your secrets.

get mired down in color theory, as it's not my strong suit. However, on a 12-spoke color wheel, turquoise is just one click off from being red's opposite. Thus, red looks more brilliant next to turquoise than it does when paired with most other colors.

I am rennovating and in my kitchen I am doing grayish/taupish concrete floors, Ben Moore dove white cabinets, and a very dark gray (almost black) granite. We will have stainless steel appliances. I am stumped over what color glaze to use

Court, and it was called Chapter 17 in Irish Ice; however, that color has been discontinued. A very similar style is also by Jeffrey Court, called Crackle Gray, is still available.
