is also a big variable. An 8' door is more likely to warp than a 6'8" door. Pine is more volatile than Mahogany. Also, doors with a three-point locking mechanism, which secure the top, middle, and bottom are a good way of keeping the doors from warping. Good luck! Gary Dresser Dresser Homes

Yes... the window does lock at the handle and there is a removable retraint to make sure the window does not open more that 4".
Tilt window SUCH a good idea for easy cleaning inside and out! just twist around the other side.
