Thank you all for comments. I have decided to put a single colour tile in all 4 bedrooms with the bathrooms in different tiles / tones to give some variation. But keep the blended look. The living space & bedrooms are on different floors. & the real challenge is the material to use on the stairways & landings that run through ground till terrace!

I always suggest having the same floor throughout. It gives it a more ample feeling, consistent and not disjointed. As far as the walls go for the bathrooms we become more creative with special and unique materials for each bathroom and in this case each bathroom has its own personality .
