That looks like a glazed porcelain tile with 12x12 and 6x6 tiles. I'm not sure if its still available, but I think the guys at tiledaily.com have something similar. If you can't find it on their site, email a link, and they'll gladly help. The work looks like a great blend of light and darker tiles.

Look for a porcelain look alike. Here are two options. You need to get samples to make certain you like them. Also, you will need to mix up the tiles when you install. One issue on porcelain lookalikes (especially for stone lookalikes) is that the printed pattern repeats, so you have to be careful that they are installed in a way so that you don't see the pattern (ie turning tiles 90 degrees).
