Leo Dowell Interiors What you re asking for is what a lot of people are looking for right now. Several tricks are you can have the details you want just do smaller square footage. Sometimes the problem is getting comps. Our system is still backwards, the square footage is what prices and loans are based on and it has nothing to do with the quality or detail. It sounds like you know what you want, you will be happier in the long run if you build it.
