I rescued a settee that my neighbour threw out [someone in the bldg, not a friend]. I vacuumed and dusted it thoroughly, and I am having the seat cushion covers dry cleaned, and the seat foam replaced. It will do us for the next 6-12 months, while we save up for a new loveseat. I think it is adorable, but I do not want to keep it long term. I prefer a higher seat and back. But you can't argue with free, and it was too sweet to let it go to landfill. I will try and list on Craigslist when we are done with it, or donate to charity. If this is someone's perfect item, then they can spend the money to have it reupholstered!
