Have you ever boiled a pan or coffee pot dry and ended up with water marks you can't remove? How about glassware or vintage glass items with hard water stains? Vinegar and baking soda takes it right off! Depending on the size of what you're trying to clean, a stove top Pyrex kettle that holds 1.5 quarts of water takes 1 cup of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Clean with this solution over the sink, it bubbles up.

I have curly hair, which is naturally on the dry side. For that reason, I do not shampoo my hair. When my scalp needs a good cleansing, I mix a bit of baking soda with my conditioner and rinse. Then I use a leave in conditioner - bc baking soda REALLY cleans. :)
