We are so glad that you like this beautiful Modern Mountain Style Powder Bath as much as we do. The horizontal motion of the tiles draws the eye across the space and creates a sense of spaciousness. Every Powder Bath should be a little jewel box within the home to entertain and wow guests. Individual specification information does belong to the Client once a project is complete. We are, however, always available should you have a project you would like to get started.

It is a vinyl decal, I ordered it from an online decal shop and cut out the center to fit around the light. Best, Sarah

Let me just add a few more pros on soapstone since that is the surface I'm most familiar with. You left out that it is impervious to both heat and chemical or other staining and doesn't need to be sealed like granite. Although it can be scratched, like butcher block it is extremely easy to sand out a scratch and then just put a little oil on it to make it disappear. Or you can embrace the scratches, which add to the patina once they are oiled. Soapstone has a matte finish, rather than the shiny, polished finish of most granites.
One con to add is that it comes in an extremely limited range of colors. They almost all look light gray when first installed, but once they are oiled or waxed the color of the stone ranges from almost black to medium gray to a dark blue-green, most with beautiful creamy veining.

I used Granite countertops..The best way to avoid having to replace them again is knowing how to maintain them.

I've always preferred granite countertops, especially the black and white ones. In my parents basement bathroom they wanted a black countertop but were too impatient to wait for it to be in stock. They ended up getting a cream-colored one and it doesn't match anything now. Moral of the story is make sure you know what your local selection is limited to. Online stores can usually give you a good idea. http://www.tmgllc.org/services
