estherruth Spiderweb...I had a friend who did this. She used some lower cabinets from a box store, put a countertop on with large overhang and large casters. The thing was huge, big enough to seat...10-12, if I remember right, but she could move it out of the way if she needed to move around a lot. I think it's a great idea!

The Sky is the Limit Design Scott, don't you think you are getting a bit caught up in the term 'small'? It's a subjective term, and honestly, most of the kitchens, even a so-called small one, in North America are most likely larger than what we really need to create a healthy meal.
