Minwax conditioner does not seal the wood. It evens out the porosity of woods that would normally stain splotchy. You will have to clear coat that or prepare to see an unwashable handprint patina by this time next year. Or even in a couple months with regular use. Also, the water-based Minwax and oil-based gel stains are the types that can have multiple coats applied. The less expensive yellow can oil stain is a stain and sealer in one, so only one coat. Though its sealer is only a sanding sealer so you'll still need the clear coat.
Thanks for telling people to put on multiple coats 'till it looks right. So many people panic that they aren't doing something right without realizing that they just have their own aesthetic to please.

Barn-style doors can solve lots in interior tight-space and door swing problems, especially when remodeling. In a manner similar to pocket doors they also allow a wider door opening than would be easily available with a side hinged door. Of course, you can't locate much on the wall that the door slides on and acoustic privacy is compromised.
